Ted joined Baby’s Breath in 2021 after personally benefiting from the support offered by Baby’s Breath following the loss of his son, Tyler, to SIDS. Ted is interested in helping execute the Baby’s Breath strategic plan, particularly in providing support for families who have experienced sudden and unexpected infant deaths. 

Ted is currently a partner in the Toronto office of McCarthy Tetrault LLP.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University and received dual Canadian and American JD degrees (magna cum laude) from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
