Dr. Moore obtained her MB, BCh, BAO from the University of Dublin, Ireland in 1976. Following her initial training in Ireland, she undertook a Neonatology fellowship and research training in Toronto and joined the Neonatal staff at the Hospital for Sick Children. She also obtained an MD degree from UCD Dublin and a Masters degree in Health Sciences from the University of Toronto.
